Norms for the presentation of collaborations

1. All contributions must be original and written in Spanish in apa 7th edition format.

2. The content of the articles is the sole responsibility of their authors.

3. All collaboration is subjected to an evaluation process by national and/or foreign specialists appointed by the director of the journal. The process takes approximately six months from the acknowledgment of receipt. The rejected works will be returned to the authors indicating the reasons or the corrections suggested in the evaluations.

4. The articles should not exceed 30 pages and the notes, 15 pages.

5. The type of font used must be Times New Roman 12 point spacing and a half.

6. In the articles and notes, the title is centered in high and low and in bold.

7. The author's academic affiliation must appear below the name. In the case of works written by more than one author, present the names alphabetically.

8. The articles must have at the beginning, under the academic affiliation of the author, with a summary in Spanish and English that does not exceed 120 words and with a list of 4 keywords in both languages.

9. The reviews are headed with the complete reference of the commented book in bold, in the following order: Author. Title. Name of the editor, translator or compiler. Used edition. City: Publisher, year. Number of pages.

10. Reviews should not exceed 10 pages. At the end of the review it must be indicated
the author's name; his academic affiliation should go below the name.

11. Arabic numerals in parentheses are also used to number examples in the text. Example:
(8) Junk designates any kitchen furniture or utensil.

Footnotes

1. Footnotes expand on information that cannot be included in the text, such as explanations or additional sources of information. Bibliographical references without development must be included in the text and between parentheses. Example: (Cerrón-Palomino 2003: 47).

2. Each note must be indicated in the text with a raised Arabic number and that same number must identify the footnote of the respective page.

3. The letter must be 10 points single spaced.

4. Acknowledgments and clarifications must be marked with an asterisk at the end of the title. The acknowledgment or clarification should be the first footnote, preceded by the asterisk.

Verbatim quotes

1. The cited material that exceeds five lines must appear with a larger margin than the rest of the text and single spaced. Cite the source in a parenthetical reference and add a separate period.

2. If the quotation of a prose text does not exceed five lines, it is marked with quotation marks and incorporated into the text.

3. When citing a passage, you can omit words, phrases or sentences from the original that are not useful for the work. When material is omitted from a passage, be faithful to the cited author and the grammatical integrity of his article. Three ellipses in square brackets are used to indicate deletion.

1. The following format is used (note that titles are in italics and the full names of all authors are indicated):

2. If the Bibliography includes more than one entry by the same author, they must be ordered according to the date of publication of the works without repeating the author's name.

3. In case of coincidence of date between the works of the same author, these will be indicated with lowercase letters: a, b, c, etc. As has been seen, the parenthetical reference in the text must include both the date and the identifying letter: (Escobar 1997a).

4. Citation of a new edition of an old work should also include the original date in square brackets before the new edition. In the text, the parenthetical reference must include both dates: (St. Thomas [1560] 1951).
