Abstract

The FITOVIDA Scientific and Technological Journal is a multidisciplinary journal of the Inter-American University for Development (UNID), whose main objective is to disseminate results of scientific research carried out by the academic community in various fields of science. FITOVIDA Scientific and Technological Journal promotes and strengthens exponential and prospective research in a knowledge society context; For this reason, it is open access (oa.works), its contents are freely available to the public and institutions that require the information, without any financial, technical or any type of barrier; the only condition on distribution and reproduction is to respect written intellectual property, properly citing the author of the research.

The FITOVIDA Scientific and Technological Journal is published every six months and has a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows the scientific community, academics, and students to "distribute, remix, adapt, and build on the material at any time." medium or format, as long as attribution is given to the creator. In this first edition Vol. 2, No. 1, Year 2023; presents original and unpublished scientific articles, which have gone through a process called "double-blind peer review", which implies that two experts in the field have evaluated the works before their publication.
